Start new e-mail -> has a standard e-mail receiver

When starting a new e-mail, receiver email is already filled in with a customer email address. Maybe marked as favourite or so? How can I delete this, and when starting a new email, receiver is empty? I can manually delete it every time a create a new email, but is has to be empty when starting. Now this customer already got unwanted emails..
