See if a customer is online (live chat) - directly from the ticket overview

Would be really helpful if we could directly see if a customer is online, in the ticket overview we would like to see a green mark for the customers which are online at that specific moment. In that way we can directly participate on this and answer these customers right away.

 

Now we only see a green mark in the ticket overview, but this doesn't say if the customer is really online.

  • Sounds like a great idea, Fleur! I will keep an eye on this one and let you know as soon as I have any. news! By the way, currently the unanswered tickets are marked by a green dot in the ticket overview.
