"Forward via Email" does not show the original sender's email address

I just noticed that when we use the Forward via Email functionality in Trengo, the original sender's email address does not show in the email that the recipient receives.

The ticket in Trengo should be created automatically in the name of the original mailer. Now we have to manually enter the correct email address in the to field for forwarded e-mails.
