Option to send emails from same ticket as call ticket
Right now, when we get a call and we need to send an email to the customer, we need to start a new conversation. This means an extra ticket and polution of the reports. We would like to be able to send an email from the same ticket that was created by the incoming call.

Hi Helpdesk Qfact ! Thank you for posting this in our community! As Trengo works based on conversations coming from a specific contact type (so an email or phone call) it is not possible to send an email from a phone call ticket. This will probably also not change in the short-term. We will however keep track of the demand for this feature and keep you posted on relevant updates!
