filteren binnenkomende telefoongesprekken

We hebben 6 telnrs als kanalen in Trengo. Nu zijn verschillende medewerkers verantwoordelijk voor vaste klanten (en dus hun telefoontjes)

Nu is het zo ingericht dat men alle binnenkomende telefoontjes op hun mobiel binnenkrijgt als we  'Forward' instellen....

Ik wil kunnen filteren op welke telefoonkanalen doorgeschakeld worden naar welk mobielnummer

  • Alex van Balen Thank you for your question. I will answer your question in English since I don't speak Dutch, I hope that's ok. If I understand correctly, you want to have specific users responsible for specific voice channels. You should create teams to achieve this (a team can also have one user only, doesn't need to be multiple users). You can then assign users to teams, and teams to channels to limit who has access to which number.

    • Daniela Backman  no, that is not what I mean. At forwarding phone channels, now you can only choose forwarding all phone conversations to 1 number. I want to be able to select 1 phonenumber or 1 phone channel and forward this one only. So: when we have 6 phone channels, I want to be able to forward them to max. 6 different mobilenumbers/phonenumbers: per number a seperate forwarding possibility

      Alex van Balen I see, thanks for the clarification. Would the call overflow setting help with this to some extent? 


      If you can provide an example for when the feature you describe would be used, then this will help us consider it for our roadmap. At this point I'm not sure what the use case for such a specific set up is, but I'd like to hear your point of view :)
