Guest orders are not visible in ecommerce platform integrations

The current ecommerce platform integrations in Trengo (Shopify, Picqer, Woocommerce, Magento) do not work with 'guest' orders that come into the platform - this is because it is not directly linked to a contact.

Customers who use any of these platform integrations but mainly work with guest orders cannot see the orders in the side bar after connecting it in Trengo. The side bar usually shows an error message. 


Note: This feature has been requested by existing customers but only documented internally. Moving this to our external community for universal visibility.

    Thanks for the post! We have the same problem. The prefered solution would be to match Picqer orders on e-mail address in Trengo and not on customer accounts.
