Chat reply e-mail sender name is generic
When the person we're chatting with goes offline, an e-mail is sent when we reply, if it was supplied by them. The name of the e-mail sender is the name of the agent assigned to the chat, which is correct. But the suffix has the company name that is registered to Trengo. This name is also visible in the e-mail and chat thread. This is of course unwanted, we don't want to communicate the mother company's name but the brand name to the customer.
The website chat channel should allow configuring an e-mail sender name and be used instead.
