Auto-update Newest Messages

Might apply to other people but when you get lots of messages from different customers and the sorting system doesnt auto update the newest message to the top, messages tend to be lost as the blue dot can be overlooked if you have lot of customers messaging you back and forth within the day

Please make it so any message pops to the top automatically as soon as someone replies regardless of where the customer is on the left coloumn and bump them to the top of the list (like facebook suite does)

  • Thanks for sharing! I noticed that this does happen when conversations are still in "new" but as soon as the are in assigned, this is no longer the case. I will keep an eye on this post, and will let you know if there's any news.
