Reverse sort order to new > old + compose answer on top in ticket view

In ticket view, currently the sort order is old > new from top to bottom. In tickets wilt many messages, the agent needs to scroll all the way down to pick up the ticket and write a reply. It would be more efficient to reverse the sort order to new > old, enabling the agent to pick up the ticket and add a reply on top of the conversation, without the need to scroll at all.
