Display chat requests on top always
When working in your New tab, you can choose for two sort order options: new > old or old > new. When viewing old > new, and at the same time receiving a chat request, this request is not visible. If the agent missed the notification, the customer is forgotten about completely. When chat requests are always displayed on top, overlooking a request is less likely. In both new > old as old > new, the chat requests are listed on top, enabling agents to reply faster and prevent missing chat requests.
