Delay when sending/receiving email

I've heard from multiple employees in our organisation that, sometimes, there is a lot of delay between sending and receiving an email on the other end. Is this a know issue or is there a way to solve/troubleshoot this problem?

  • Thanks for notifying us! We would like to research this matter. Whenever your employees notify the delay, it would be great to receive the following information on team@trengo.com: 

    - the moment the delay occurred. 

    - is it concerning inboud our outbound emails. 

     

    This way we can better research the cause of the situation.

    • Tamara Berner Just now I had issues (outlook beta). An email was received in outlook at 10:57, but is showed up in Trengo (along with several others at the same time) at 14:23. It only concernes inbound email as far as I know
