Disable Voicemail

We would like to have the option to disable the voicemail; The majority of voicemails only contain some white noise.

    If we build in the future this request, what would be the perfect alternative of the voicemail in this situation?

    For example:
    When somebody calls and this option is built and activated, the customer hears for example a voice-message and afterwards the system disconnect the call.

    Afterwards, what has your preference to display in Trengo? A missed call or perhaps nothing?

    As you mention, some addition information would be great.

    I think in our case, we would let the missed calls end with a voice message stating our Whatsapp number, website and email adres, before the system disconnects the call.

    I would like to see missed calls as tickets.

  • It is now possible to disable Voicemail and a separate feature is to don't log missed calls.
