Variables in quickreplies

Now we have to make a different quick reply for each brand but we want to reduce this management by having the brand/team variable available for quick replies.

  • Thanks for sharing this wish! Sounds like a great feature to improve our quick replies. In the meantime, you can always choose to have manual variable. In certain quick replies I use to type [company information] for example, so I can adjust it manually with the right information when I insert a Quick reply. 

  • We now choose to make quick replies for every brand. But its a lot of management. We hope this feature comes soon.

  • We tried to put the tags [agent.first_name] [agent.last_name] in a quick reply, like in our e-mail signature, but unfortunately that's not possible.
