Bigger Social Media Icons

It would be amazing instead of showing the sender's name first letter if instead the social media icons of Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, etc and email can be shown in that big circle. It simply doesn't make sense to me to show the letter as it doesn't add much value and it will be easier for our staff to identify the channel the customer is contacting us from than written in small font in the right hand bottom corner.
