Thanks for sharing this idea Henk! Just to clarify: would you like to see the number of unread or unanswered messages in the left side bar? We don't store data about read/unread messages but being able to see how many messages still need to be answered would be a nice addition. I'll keep you posted!
Yes! This would be awesome. I'm getting stressed out seeing such high numbers behind "Assigned to you". My monkeybrain interprets this a "tasks to do".
Maybe make it a choice? See the total amount, see the unanswered amounts or see both (like 2/81 ... two unanswered and 81 messages).
Next to "Assigned to you" I just would like to see how many unanswered mails it has. But after the different labels I would like to see the total amount of open messages. A label in our company can be "Bugs", or "Leads", of "Upsells". And I always want to see how many tickets we have in upsells and leads because it tells me how many unused opportunities there are.
