Reminder about adding attachments
After years of using Gmail I've become all too accustomed to the 'did you forget to add an attachment' message that shows when you've mentioned attached or attachment in your email body. Couple this with when I do remember to add the attachment quite often I add it to the internal comment (as the attach button is sticky at the bottom of the screen) rather than the email body. Providing a similar sort of feature for forgotten attachments will save a lot of embarrassing client interactions where we don't include the attachments. Cheers.
