Add Subject field as a select option for the email widget
What about the idea to add a Subject field in the email widget, where the user can select one option.

Where Subjects can be added individually for each website and can order them. That this can be done via the admin panel of trengo.
A business with goods needs subjects like:
A business with services needs subject like:
- Free call
- Service question
I believe it's already possible to add custom rules for text. So you can label emails based upon the words are written in an email. But that's a bit difficult to maintain / optimize.
When you have prefilled subject options to choose from --> you can label them to the correct inbox.
So employee A --> Will resolve all the emails with Sending, Return, Delivery subjects.
So employee B --> Will resolve all the emails with Guarantee, Invoices
You can better manage your time and priorities. For example subject: Free call needs to be replied to immediately, but subject prices only need to be replied once a day.
