Subject should be shown in the downloaded ticket

When you download a ticket, the subject of the (most likely) email is not shown. For companies with an older target group that's unfortunate. Exctually a lot of eldery people write their message, by mistake, in the subject of the mail... In the way it is now, we can not see their message in the downloaded ticket.
