It would be nice to have a good overview of the total amount of reminders, not only your own. Also it would be nice to have a look in specific reminders from a specific colleague to work in these tickets.
lizet Thank you for your feedback. As reminders are meant to be personal to each user, it's not possible to have an overview of all reminders. However, you could use labels to keep track of reminders. Then you can filter all tickets with this specific label.
As a manager I would like the option to see who has reminders in their inbox. A work-around is to set a specific label by my teammember. But what if he/she forgets (by accident, or on purpose) to add that label then I have no idea who, and how many, reminders my team has.
Also for us, it would be very nice, if tickets with a reminder are shown to everyone, at least to the administrator. We also are not happy with the reminder-status "closed". So we can not differ these mails and can not get any infos/reports. (Labels are not user-friendly if they are needed for each step)
