possibility to forward call to various phonenumbers during breaktime
love to have the possibility to forward Voice to different phonenumbers during break time. When checking the settings it is only possible to do so after businesshours and not during. And it is only possible to forward it to 1 phonenumber instead of several.
Thanks for sharing! For lunchtime, you can use the "No agents available" feature for call forwarding, or adjust your opening hours in such a time that lunchtime falls outside opening hours. (You can have multiple business hours per day in the Business hour settings).
It is not yet possible to have this to multiple numbers, however.
