Some quality of life improvements

1) Enable multiple users to edit a flowbot live, as of now editing a flowbot can only be done at one at a time and must be saved upon every edit.

2) The delete button for a single step and the delete button for the whole bot are too close to one another. This has resulted in the deletion of the whole bot accidentally on more than one occasion.

3) Could there be a way for when customers interact with the chatbot, an automatic reply feature could include in the number of people that is in front of them?

4) Could there be a way to assign the chat to a team or team member after they keyword has been used on a bot
