See the actual handled tickets rather than tickets that were created on a day
At this moment we see the handled tickets that we created on a day. So for instance if I want to check how many chats "Harry" did on 14-2-2021 it will show how many tickets he did that were from that day. So if he really handled 100 tickets that day - he maybe did 150 because the ones he did on 15-2-2021 that were created on 14-2-2021 also show up. This means that the KPI aren't correct for us.
