We really miss the agenda in Trengo mail. Hope this becomes possible soon.

      ICNT Thanks for asking! At this moment we have chosen to put some extra effort in other features, like the Team Chat coming soon, but Agenda is still on or list of features we want to implement. At this moment, there is no deadline for this feature planned just yet.

       Stephen King For a to do list, you can use mentions! Mention yourself in tickets and this will create another tab in your inbox with to dos :)

    And to be able to assign incoming emails to certain dates in the agenda, as reminder coming up on that day, or even better, assign incoming emails to date agenda. When day is there, send automatically a pre templated email like a review request.

      W B Thank you for your input. You can already set reminders on tickets which are set to reopen at a specific date and time. You could then also create a rule which triggers when the conversation is re-opened to send an email. Would this work for your use case?

    Hi, the reminder option works. But would be nice to add a title or comment to it. Because now it only opens the ticket again. Looks confusing. Would be nice if it is way more clear that the reminder opened the ticket again.

      Daniela Backman will give it a try, let’s see how that works, sounds like 2 separate actions. Wouldn’t it be helpful and quicker to give a reminder a title anyway?

      W B In my opinion it doesn't make much difference if you write a note as an internal comment or if it was possible to add it to the reminder, it would require the same amount of actions. Regardless of my personal opinion, I would recommend you to post this as a separate feature request so we can monitor the demand for this feature and develop accordingly.
