Receive notifications when the chatbot accept a chat.

To keep an eye on the chatbot it would be nice if it is possible to get a notification when the chatbot is having a conversation. Sometimes the chatbot does not give the answers you want or the conversation suddenly stops because the chatbot does not give the right answers.

    For the Flowbot we are working on an extra feature which will send a new message after a customer doesn't reply anymore in order to check if the conversation needs to be transferred to an employee. 

  • We are going to implement a chatbot filter in the folders, where you can see all the conversations that are currently managed by the chatbot or flowbot. 

    This feature is added to our Roadmap, but for now there is no definite planning added to it.

  • We are still reviewing this possibility, in the mean time, working with a Flowbot, you can always choose to set notifications on the base of Rules on inbound message.
