Send Items folder
I would like to request a 'Send Items' folder. This way I can easily check what has been send by my team or find the latest send emails, regardless of the closed items. Because we have a lot of concepts and different email channels it would be great for us to have the send items folder added to our Trengo account.
Victoria Cadeau Concepten Thank you for your feedback. For now, you can use the following workaround:
Create a label called "Sent".
Create a rule as shown in the screenshot attached.
- Now you will be able to see all sent emails under the label "Sent". If you already use a lot of labels and want this to be a bit more separate, you can create a view that shows only conversations labeled with "sent". See screenshot attached how to set it up.
