Send Items folder

I would like to request a 'Send Items' folder. This way I can easily check what has been send by my team or find the latest send emails, regardless of the closed items. Because we have a lot of concepts and different email channels it would be great for us to have the send items folder added to our Trengo account.

  • Victoria Cadeau Concepten  Thank you for your feedback. For now, you can use the following workaround: 

    1. Create a label called "Sent".

    2. Create a rule as shown in the screenshot attached. 

    3. Now you will be able to see all sent emails under the label "Sent". If you already use a lot of labels and want this to be a bit more separate, you can create a view that shows only conversations labeled with "sent". See screenshot attached how to set it up.
