Ticket Result on/off for specific channels

Hi,

We're looking for a possibility to have to 'Ticket Result' options open for specific channels, in our case WhatsApp. Is there/or will there be an possibility to do so? To have it on for WhatsApp, but turned off for e-mail.

  • Tjerk Voortman Thank you for your feedback. At the moment, ticket results are universal to the whole Trengo account. We'll keep you posted if we decide to make a change to this.

  • Tjerk Voortman  For the time being, you could look into using custom fields instead. These can be made mandatory and you can choose which channel(s) to activate it for.
