Chat directly with consultant of choice

As it appeared during tests of the website chat, website visitors tend to click on the profiles of the consultants that are online to directly chat with the person of choice (whom they potentially recognize from previous support or as their account manager). Adding this feature would therefore satisfy this tendency of users and improve the level of personal contact amongst consultants and customers/clients.
