FAQ Helpdesk
Your own helpdesk is something I would like to build for our own team. We have a lot of FAQ coming in the customer service. And we have written our own guide (a book with like 70 pages long!) for our team where all different subjects are explained. It would be great if a user in Trengo can browse in our own helpdesk - during a phone call - so they can easily find the answer to the question.

Isn't this already built in? The Trengo help center is there to write a FAQ for your users. You can make a help center in the settings/back-end of Trengo, exactly like this: https://help.trengo.com/en
