Yes that would be possible, but than we have a lot of extra work. It would be nice if we could use Trengo to have a quick overview. Working with excel does not make it more clear.
lizet You could also create a view, that allows you to have a "filter" or a view as we call it, in your Trengo inbox, with all tickets that match that view. This view can include several labels for example. You can read more about views here. Hopefully this is what you were looking for :)
