Instagram Comments split tickets
Instagram Comments, currently all comments that are received via Instagram posts or tags are combined into one ticket per post within trengo. Sure many posts comments are not relevant, but some appears need to be handled swiftly and by the right team member.
we would like the ability to either:
1) have the option where we can select in the trengo setting that it should create a new ticket for each customer who places a post to our Instagram wall.
2) BEST ONE- we keep the current settings but if a customer posts into the group ticket and we feel it needs extra attention, we can click to create a new ticket just for this customer
