Add option to reopen previous conversation on Google business messages

In Google business messages please consider adding the ability to reopen a previous conversation like it is on other channels. At times a customer delays to respond and when they do it appears as a new message with no history which brings about disconnection in communication. It would be better to set all received conversations on the same day to be appended on the first message.
