Quick replies that can be used across ALL TYPES
Our queries come in from different channels (ie. email and live chat) but the quick replies we want to use are always the same. So we have to create multiple quick replies with the same response so we can use them across the different types. I see the benefit of having the ability to have different lists for each type, but it would be good to have another ALL type to save this duplication we have to do.

We use a lot of quick replies. Because we can't organize them, I've noticed we're using and adding less quick replies than wanted. We don't want to spend time searching for the right reply. Maybe if we can organize them, in folders (per channel or something) as an example, using quick replies will be easier" was similar and you've created it or liked it. As mentioned above we are planning to revise the interface of Quick Replies making it more easy to manage them.
