Quick replies that can be used across ALL TYPES

Our queries come in from different channels (ie. email and live chat) but the quick replies we want to use are always the same. So we have to create multiple quick replies with the same response so we can use them across the different types. I see the benefit of having the ability to have different lists for each type, but it would be good to have another ALL type to save this duplication we have to do.

  • Thanks for sharing! We hope to establish an improvement upon creating Quick replies within Q1 of this year in order to have a better overview of the different quick replies. I will keep you up to date as soon as there's any news upon how this is going to look like.

We don't want to spend time searching for the right reply. Maybe if we can organize them, in folders (per channel or something) as an example, using quick replies will be easier" was similar and you've created it or liked it. As mentioned above we are planning to revise the interface of Quick Replies making it more easy to manage them.

  • This feature would be amazing! We don't use quick replies at all in Trengo right now but different platforms for this. Simply because we would have over 200 quick replies to maintain. 

    Requested this feature a while back by mail too.

    Glad to see that it's planned! We can't wait.

  • UPDATE: We used to have three types of Quick replies.. now there are two left! Since Messaging & SMS were already really similar, we decided to merge them and make Messaging Quick replies available for SMS as well.

    Any update on this? We now have to create the same quick reply for chat and email.

      Hi Ben , thanks for your question. There need to be 2 types of quick replies since email has more formatting capabilities compared to messaging quick replies.
