Split a message off into a new ticket

It would be great if we could split off a customer reply on an existing ticket into a new ticket. This would remove the message from the first ticket and instead be in the new ticket. Sometimes customers have multiple questions which would ideally be tracked in its own thread and makes it possible to be handled by two different staff members.
