Bulk labeling

In our configuration it is mandatory that a ticket is labeled and without label the ticket can not be closed.

It is possible to assign ticket in bulk and to close tickets in bulk. it is not possible to apply a label in bulk. we would like to have this option.

  • At this moment we are working on a new look and feel for the Trengo dashboard, therefore this feature is not soon to be released. However, we will review this feature in the future.
