Direct calls to different agents

  1. External person is calling the main number
  2. The first 10 seconds the call should be directed towards agent 1 and 2 (if he is available or skip step 2)
  3. After the first 15 seconds the call should be directed towards agent 1, 2 and 3 for the next 15 seconds (if they are available or skip step 3)
  4. After the first 25 seconds the call should be directed towards everyone available
