Hi Tim, thanks for sharing! To create a new line without a new paragraph, complete a soft break on your keyboard by pressing the Shift then Enter keys together.
Hi Aga... thanks but I do do that all the time now, but its quite a pain so wondered if single spacing could be a setting? As I find I need to do it at least a couple of times in each email, particularly when signing off. eg
Tim B I personally love the fact that ENTER means a new paragraph. Settings are always a good solution, but don't remove this feature :)
Lennart Petersson Yes a setting so you could have either would be perfect. I just find it very annoying and not the norm when used to Word/Outlook etc. I'm sure some people must like it though. Thanks
Thanks for the discussion Lennart and Tim, gave me some great insights. For now I consider the wish being having a feature in the settings to make enter being a new paragraph "optional". I will keep track of this post and keep you up to date if there's any news.
