Quicker deleting
Hi.. could you please let me know if anyone is working on a quicker way to delete messages (I don't meed bulk deleting, although that isn't the most user friendly either as its easy to click just off a circle once and you lose all the selected ones, being able to use keys with shift would be better)? It currently takes quite a few clicks in different parts of the screen just to delete one message. I need to delete lots of messages every time I log in and its very cumbersome. Just one click or delete key, with a deleted box (perhaps for 24 hours or a limited time) so you can retrieve would be ideal. Thanks

Hi Tim B Tim, thank you for your question!
I think, Marco Oosterlaken 's way would work for you quite well. Deleting messages with the shift and/or crtl button (depending on your device) is simple and works as follows:
Go to your Trengo Inbox and click on the tickets you want to delete while holding the shift button pressed. An action button will appear on the top of your ticket overview. Choose the "Delete" option from the drop down menu. Please check our Help Center article about Bulk Actions https://help.trengo.com/en/articles/5593-nog-sneller-werken-door-middel-van-bulkactiesHave you thought about setting up a Rule deleting/closing all the unnecessary e-mails you receive every day? I really recommend that so you can start your day with a clean inbox already! Thanks Tamara but I don't want to auto delete, I want to read them first but then delete them so they are out of the way and won't turn up in later searches (not just closed). I probably delete about 40-50 emails a day so when its about 4 clicks each time it's just a bit of a pain. A one button or key delete (ideally with a deleted folder to catch errors) would be perfect! :-)

How about this suggestion. Add a 'delete' to the buttons on the right top. By clicking the conversation is moved to a box 'deleted conversations' That conversation is removed from the list of conversations on the left (same like a closed conversation). A deleted conversation can be restored from the box 'deleted conversations'. Regularly the box 'deleted conversations' can be deleted permanently.
Deleting at this way will need just one click.
