Of wel; we zouden binnen de live chat graag willen filteren op ‘’unreplied’’ om direct te monitoren welke berichten binnen de live-chat (algemeen; ofwel niet op persoonsniveau) nog niet beantwoord zijn.

You can recognise unanswered live chats by color - they are yellow (the answered ones are white). They are also marked by a green dot. Filtering on unreplied messages is not supported at the moment but it is an interesting feature for sure. I will keep an eye on your post and keep you posted about any developments regarding this one!
