I would love to be able to view the amount of new tickets that I have in the sidebar of our teams
All other inboxes/labels/personal/channels do have such number, but the teams don't.

Daniela Backman : i can just agree with Dennis. What is the sence of the "Teams" in the side bar, when we do have the same view like in inbox --> new?
Thanks for your input Hilde S. ! The purpose of having different Teams is to give you more overview in your inbox and streamline how your different users work together.
You can assign conversations or channels to different teams, automate certain workflows, and better organize different users in Trengo. The 'New' inbox is a collection of all of the tickets/conversations combined.
