Show the amount of new tickets in the sidebar for teams

I would love to be able to view the amount of new tickets that I have in the sidebar of our teams

 

All other inboxes/labels/personal/channels do have such number, but the teams don't.

      Daniela Backman : i can just agree with Dennis. What is the sence of the "Teams" in the side bar, when we do have the same view like in inbox --> new?

      Thanks for your input Hilde S. ! The purpose of having different Teams is to give you more overview in your inbox and streamline how your different users work together.

      You can assign conversations or channels to different teams, automate certain workflows, and better organize different users in Trengo. The 'New' inbox is a collection of all of the tickets/conversations combined.

      It is really nice, that we can add users to teams and assign conversations and channels to teams and automate workflows here. This is not the point. I like having this Teams 😉

      But as long as the sidebar --> Teams does not show
      a) the number of the tickets within this team and
      b) when you open one of this Teams in the sidebar only the tickets of the team, i do not understand, why it is shown at all?

      Maybe i just did not understand and it can be cleared better in a call. Maybe there you can answer my questions:

      • in what way does this function give a better overview?
      • how can i streamline there, how the different users work together?
      • you wrote "The 'New' inbox is a collection of all of the tickets/conversations combined." - that´s also, what i can see in each teams-folder. Do i do sth wrong here?

      Sorry for all the annoying questions 🙈. I really like trengo, the functions and features and the handling and..... But if there are any ways to optimise things for us and our users, then i would like to take this chance.
