Categorize Quick Replies for Admins by using labels

The list of Quick Replies gets harder to navigate te longer it gets. Being able to label quick replies would help to organize them.

I'd like to have labels for example: teams, channels, topics , and the functionality to filter by label. Ideally I'd be able to save a preferred view.

Let's say I manage all the quick replies for all departments  in multiple languages it's easy to get lost is in the list from an admin point of view. I need a way to manage quick replies per team, topic and language.

  • We use a prefix to easily navigate through the many quick replies, but I agree it would be much easier if they were catagorizable. Good suggestion!
