Shift Integration
Would love to see Trengo as an option on https://tryshift.com.
Currently I've integrated in a workaround way but I don't get the full experience.

Thank you for your submission. On first glance it looks like a similar tool to Trengo. Could you explain what the benefits of this app are?

Daniela Backman Hi Daniella. It's a very different tool than Trengo. It aggregates all of your business Applications across multiple accounts. For example each of your google profiles can be accessed under a different icon, all of your calendars can be easily accessed, etc. I think of Trengo as the aggregator for all of my customer support and Shift is the aggregator of all of my business productivity tools (eg Google, Jira, Trello, Slack).
