Search knowledge center / help center through flowbot

It would be great if we could search through the knowledge base using the flowbot to make it more intelligent. One of the bottlenekcs I see is that we have to keep all the information up to date across the knowledge base and flowbot and quick replies, making it very maintenance unfriendly. Ofcourse I can link to an article in the knowledge base through an URL, but from UX we believe this not to be the best solution.

Any thoughts or questions are more than welcome 👍

      Eduard thanks for sharing the other post as well! We are continuously assessing the community for any posts/ideas that can be picked up by our product/development team and as soon as there are any developments, we will update everyone on the actual post!
