Search knowledge center / help center through flowbot
It would be great if we could search through the knowledge base using the flowbot to make it more intelligent. One of the bottlenekcs I see is that we have to keep all the information up to date across the knowledge base and flowbot and quick replies, making it very maintenance unfriendly. Ofcourse I can link to an article in the knowledge base through an URL, but from UX we believe this not to be the best solution.
