Mentioning of agents in alphabetical order

At the moment, when you want to mention (@) another agent in a ticket, the sorting of the agents is completely random. According to Danique from team Trengo, Trengo takes into account if you've mentioned a certain agent in the specific ticket before, and prioritizes that agent. However, this is sometimes confusing as the example below hopefully demonstrates.

Current situation:

My colleague tries to tag me, out of habit they type @g and expect me to be the first suggestion (my name is Gian and my name starts with a 'G'). However, because the sorting of the agents is random sometimes the wrong person gets tagged because their name also contains a 'G':
