It would be great to stimulate and motivate my customer care team with goal setting. So pushing them to work harder to regulate the number of tickets in x amount of hours. Especially during COVID times and working from home. So how great would it be if one of my team members get a notification with Manager is giving you a goal to finish x tickets before 15.00 o clock.

For now, have you tried working with labels like "Takes a long time" automatically being added by Rules after a certain amount of time? This way your team would immediately notice which tickets require an immediate action.
