Notification for calls in the queue
We are working with a admin paneel and open order folders the view files of our customers. So then we not have visible have the app.trengo.com screen. If the are calls waiting in the queue you don't get any notification like a incoming call.
Perhaps is it a idea that you have a setting that you can enable a sound notification or a incoming call notification for calls in the queue. Customers don't have to wait that long.
