Trigger a rule by recipient email address
I would like to trigger a rule by recipient email address. Sending a slack notification if the recipient's email address is email@example.com would be cool.

Kazim Aydin You can use Outbound message is sent as the "When", add Contact email as a condition for rules and use the action Send to Slack. Would this work for your use case?
Daniela Backman thank you for your reply. I want to trigger the rule when I receive an email. I need something like IF “to address” equals “firstname.lastname@example.org” then “send slack notification” for incoming emails.

Daniela Backman contact email means sender email right? I need “receiver email” option for that. To clarify: we have 5 different email addresses (one of them my personal email address) forwarding one single Trendo inbox. I want to receive a Slack notification if the ticket forwarded from my personal email email address. The screenshot in the original post is an incoming email. As you can see, It’s receiver is kazim@s… and there are 4 more receiver email address that forward to the same Trendo inbox. My goal is the get a Slack notification if the receiver of the incoming ticket is kazim@s…
Kazim Aydin Thanks for clarifying. Is there a reason why you wanted to have 5 email addresses forward to one Trengo email, rather than each having their own forwarding email? I'm not sure if it is possible to differentiate from which email address each email is being forwarded from when you use the same forwarding address for multiple email addresses.
