Create new Rules trigger - CSAT response

Other systems allow for "customer satisfaction" responses to trigger a follow-up action.

In our case, we would like to send an HTML email to all customers who respond positively.

The email would thank the customer and request that they can spare some time to rate us on other platforms (e.g. facebook reviews etc)

  • Luke Dodd Thank you for the feedback, that's a great idea! We are currently on the first version of our CSAT feature, and will be making improvements to it some time next year. This option would be very interesting. We will keep you posted here on future developments!
